Biography: Jeffrey L. Kravetz, a principal in the law firm of Dubbin & Kravetz, LLP, concentrates his practice in mediation, as well as a broad range of complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts, including matters involving: banking, breach of contract, business torts, class actions, civil false claims, construction, corporate and partnership disputes, employment, franchise issues, health care, Holocaust restitution, insurance, intellectual property, professional liability, real estate, receivership, securities fraud, shareholder rights, trade, unfair competition, and other business disputes.  Mr. Kravetz, a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator, has successfully mediated a wide range of commercial disputes.

Mr. Kravetz has a Martindale Hubbell Peer Review Rating of “AV” and is included in the
Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. He has been included in the “The State’s Legal Leaders”
in Florida Trend’s Legal Elite and the “Top Lawyers in Florida” (for business litigation) from

Mr. Kravetz was previously a partner at Steel Hector & Davis; of counsel for Kozyak
Tropin & Throckmorton, P.A.; and an associate at Greer, Homer, Cope & Bonner, P.A. and
Arky, Freed, Stearns, Watson, Greer, Weaver & Harris, P.A.

Mr. Kravetz has also been active in the community. He served for five years as a
member of the United Jewish Communities National Young Leadership Cabinet; and on several
committees within the Greater Miami Jewish Federation, including the South Dade Board of
Directors; the Leadership Foundation (Co-chair); the Community Relations Committee; and the
Commerce and Professions Board.

Mr. Kravetz obtained his Juris Doctor degree with honors from the University of Florida
in 1984, where he served as Senior Executive Editor of the Florida International Trade Law
Journal. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in economics and business from
Vanderbilt University in 1981, and studied economics at Leeds University, Leeds, England from
1979-1980. He is married to Lisse Kravetz, Vice President and Managing Counsel, ADP Total
Source and ADP Resource; they have two children, Rebecca and Evan.
