Congressional Legislation to Restore Holocaust Survivors’ and Heirs’ Legal Rights

For over two decades, Samuel J. Dubbin has represented Holocaust survivors and their heirs in their efforts to hold European insurance companies accountable to the policies held by these families in Eastern Europe prior to the Holocaust. These companies have been protected by international agreements that never centered the rights of Holocaust victims, and have never faced compulsory release of policies from this period in history.

On Tuesday, September 17, at 10:00 am, the United States Senate Judiciary Committee held a hearing on the subject of unpaid Holocaust Era Insurance Claims.
